- 100g cottage cheese
- 50g apple, grated
- 40g cheese, grated
- 1 small egg
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Pinch of baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated apple, grated cheese, egg, oil, and baking soda. Mix well until combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a round or oval flatbread, about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown at the edges and the center is set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
