Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Spring salad mix

  • ½ cup Roasted pecans (honey-roasted or caramelized)
  • ¼ cup Goat cheese, crumbled
  • Champagne vinaigrette, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut a ‘V’ shape into the top of each strawberry to remove the stem and create a heart shape. Slice them thinly.
  2. Arrange the spring mix, heart-shaped strawberries, roasted pecans, and crumbled goat cheese on a plate or in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with Champagne vinaigrette just before serving or let each person add their own.
  4. Serve and enjoy this simple yet elegant salad with your loved one.

Notes

  • Substitute goat cheese with feta or blue cheese for a different flavor twist.
  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal.
  • Pair with a glass of rosé or sparkling water with a lemon twist for a complete romantic experience.
