- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the ranch mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For a golden top, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute the Greek yogurt with low-fat yogurt or sour cream.
- Add some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives to the ranch mixture for extra flavor.
