Description

Baked Yogurt with Berries Delight is a healthier dessert option that combines creamy Greek yogurt with sweet honey and fresh berries, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional for topping)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  3. Transfer the yogurt mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries on top of the yogurt mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the berries are bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  7. If desired, sprinkle granola on top before serving and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

  • You can substitute the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar for a vegan option.
  • For added flavor, mix in a tablespoon of lemon zest or a splash of almond extract into the yogurt mixture before baking.
