  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or a berry blend)
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk (almond or oat milk, as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter for variation)
  • Toppings of Choice: Granola, banana slices, fresh berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of nut butter

Instructions

  • Prepare the Acai: Let the frozen acai packs sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly. Remove from packaging and break into pieces.
  • Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, add the acai, banana, frozen berries, and peanut butter. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Use a tamper to push the ingredients down, ensuring a thick and smooth consistency. Add non-dairy milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
