Dough:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
Filling:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Activate the Yeast:
- Warm the milk to 110°F (45°C).
- Stir in sugar and yeast and let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and gradually mix in the flour, one cup at a time.
- Knead for 5-7 minutes until the dough is soft and elastic.
- Roll Out the Dough:
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll the dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle.
- Add the Filling:
- Brush the rolled-out dough with melted butter.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly across the surface.
- Scatter blueberries on top.
- Roll & Cut the Dough:
- Roll the dough tightly into a log from the long side.
- Cut into 12 equal rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cover the rolls and let them rise for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Make the Frosting:
- Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost & Serve:
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and enjoy!

- Use warm (not hot) milk to properly activate the yeast.
