A cozy, creamy casserole that’s packed with pantry staples and big on flavor. This Chicken & Rice Bake combines tender chicken, creamy soups, fluffy rice, and melty butter for a one-dish dinner that satisfies the whole family.

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes (uncooked)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup butter, cut into small pats

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine the uncooked chicken cubes, all three soups, salt, garlic powder, pepper, cooked rice, and chicken broth. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  • Dot the top with pats of butter for added richness.

  • Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, until bubbling and the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
