  • 3 sausages, sliced
  • 1.5 tablespoons ghee (or butter) for sausages
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mixed peppers (black, red, white), to taste
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons ghee (or butter) for tortilla
  • 1 large tortilla
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausages:

    • Heat 1.5 tablespoons of ghee (or butter) in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned and slightly crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:

    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and mixed peppers.
    • Heat a little ghee (or butter) in the pan, pour in the egg mixture, and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble the Wrap:

    • Melt 1.5 tablespoons of ghee (or butter) in the pan over low heat.
    • Place the tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on one side.
    • Add the scrambled eggs, cooked sausages, and tomato slices.
    • Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Fold & Cook:

    • Fold the tortilla in half over the filling, pressing down lightly.
    • Cook on low heat until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Slice in half and serve warm for a delicious, protein-packed meal!
