- 90g (0.5 cup/3.17 oz) sugar
- 30g (2.5 tablespoons/1 oz) cocoa powder
- 150ml (0.75 cup/5 fl. oz) milk
- 60g (2.11 oz) butter
- 100g (1.4 cup/3.52 oz) coconut flakes
- 100g (3.52 oz) white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 50g (4 tablespoons/1.76 oz) peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, butter, and cocoa powder over medium heat, stirring until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crushed biscuits and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, creating an even layer.
- Sprinkle the coconut flakes on top, pressing them lightly into the mixture.
- Melt the white chocolate with the vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the coconut layer and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Slice and enjoy!
