- 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

- Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers with lids.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.

Notes
- For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to the mixture.
- Customize your oats by adding different mix-ins like dried fruit, seeds, or swapping chocolate chips for white chocolate or butterscotch chips.
