Ingredients

- 400 g cucumbers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers into thin rounds or sticks.
- Toss them in a bowl with 1/2 tsp of salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain any excess water released from the cucumbers.
- Add dill, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, and olive oil.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- For extra zing, add a splash of apple cider vinegar or a pinch of chili flakes.
- This snack is best served chilled.
- You can make it ahead and store it for up to 2 days in the fridge.
