  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and pour the chicken broth over them.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken and broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  6. Stir in the shredded pepper jack cheese and crumbled bacon, mixing until the cheese is melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
