- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.
- Gradually add the cold water to the mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more water until it reaches a pourable consistency.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Using a spoon or a small ladle, pour small amounts of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cracker. You may need to work in batches.
- Spray the tops of the crackers lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
