Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.
  2. Gradually add the cold water to the mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more water until it reaches a pourable consistency.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Using a spoon or a small ladle, pour small amounts of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cracker. You may need to work in batches.
