  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 300g chicken fillet, finely chopped or minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped (choose your preferred colors)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 100g cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel. Finely chop or mince the chicken fillet.

2. Mix the Patty Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, minced chicken, eggs, flour, bell peppers, onions, and parsley. Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

3. Shape the Patties: Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

4. Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan without overcrowding them. Fry each side for 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as garlic yogurt sauce, ranch dressing, or spicy aioli.
