- 2 cups diced cucumber

- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cantaloupe, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and crumbled feta cheese (if using) to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
