  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 150 g (1½ cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add minced meat and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
