Instructions

  2. Heat the Pan: Lightly grease a non-stick pan and place over medium heat.
  3. Cook the Pancakes: Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan, forming pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Serve & Enjoy: Stack them up and serve warm with fresh fruit, honey, yogurt, or nut butter!
