12 ounces egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon butter
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup French fried onions (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
