Description
Delicious garlic butter steak bites served with a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak bites in a mixture of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Substitute the sirloin steak with tenderloin or ribeye for a different taste and texture.
