Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
    • Remove outer leaves and slice cauliflower into 1-inch-thick steaks.
  2. Season for Flavor:
    • Place cauliflower steaks on a lined baking sheet.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and evenly sprinkle salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. First Bake for Tenderness:
    • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the steaks.
    • Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. Melt the Cheese:
    • Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
    • Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    • Finish with chopped fresh parsley.
