- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and beef broth.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
- Remove the lid and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Cover again and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
