These Mini Sausage Pizzas are your go-to snack or party hit when you need something fast, flavorful, and family-friendly. Made with crispy mini bases, savory sausage, creamy ketchup sauce, and gooey cheese, each bite delivers classic pizza taste in fun, hand-held portions. Great for kids, casual dinners, or anytime comfort food.

  • 180 g (6 oz) sausage, diced and cooked
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • Mayonnaise, to taste (optional)
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 100120 g (1 cup) grated cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
  • Mini pizza bases, puff pastry rounds, English muffins, or flatbread slices (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place your mini pizza bases on the tray. Lightly toast them in the oven for 3–4 minutes if using soft bread-like bases.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mayonnaise (optional) to create your sauce. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce onto each mini base.
  4. Sprinkle chopped onion and cooked diced sausage evenly over the sauce.
  5. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
