- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 and a half pumpkins (peeled, grated or chopped finely)
- 50 g flour
- 10 g salt
- 5 g black pepper
- 50 g oil for frying
- 400 g ground meat
- Baking sheet size: 47 cm x 35 cm
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease your 47 x 35 cm baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine grated pumpkin, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a pan, heat oil and cook ground meat until browned and crumbly. Season lightly.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the baking sheet. Add the cooked meat on top, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cover with the remaining pumpkin mixture, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
