- 1 tablespoon (20 grams) yogurt
- 1 glass (200 ml) warm milk
- 2 ½ to 3 cups all-purpose flour (adjust as needed)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the warm milk, yogurt, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Gradually add the flour while mixing, until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each piece into a thin, round shape.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear.
- Brush with melted butter or olive oil for extra flavor, then serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole wheat flour for a healthier alternative, but add extra liquid if needed.
- Brush with garlic butter or sprinkle with herbs for extra flavor.
