- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and baby spinach.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and shredded carrots to the bowl.
- Gently toss the vegetables together until well mixed.
