A delicious and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of strawberries, bananas, and creamy vanilla pudding.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- In a 9×9 inch dish, layer half of the graham cracker mixture on the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crumbs, followed by half of the sliced strawberries and bananas.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top the final layer with whipped topping and garnish with additional sliced strawberries and banana if desired.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, substitute chocolate pudding mix for the vanilla and add chocolate shavings on top.
- You can also use crushed Oreos instead of graham cracker crumbs for a different flavor profile.
