- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly coated with the white chocolate.
- Using a tablespoon, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
- For a touch of flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the melted chocolate.
- Substitute almonds or walnuts for pecans for a different nutty flavor.
