Yogurt Bread is a simple and delicious recipe that combines Greek yogurt and almond flour for a moist and flavorful loaf.

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and eggs until smooth. If using, stir in the garlic powder and dried herbs.
- Pour the egg mixture into the yogurt mixture and stir until fully incorporated. The batter will be thick.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a sweeter version, add 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to the batter.
- You can mix in shredded cheese or chopped olives for added flavor and texture.
