  • 23 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 200 grams (7 oz) cheese, grated (Cheddar or preferred cheese)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare the Pastry

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
    • Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  • Make the Filling

    • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
    • Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
