Ingredients

- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced salmon, avocado, red onion, and jalapeño.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the citrus dressing over the salmon mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Fold in the chopped cilantro and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
