  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the sautéed onion and garlic.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower and chopped spring onions to the mixture, mixing well to coat.
