  • 200 g pork breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 40 g butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese (grated, preferably cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley and dill, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Spaghetti

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
  • Cook the Pork

    • Heat olive oil and half of the butter in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced pork and cook until golden brown.
    • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Prepare the Sauce

    • Reduce the heat and sprinkle flour over the pork, stirring well.
    • Slowly pour in the milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
    • Add grated cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Everything

    • Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
    • If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
  • Serve and Garnish

    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and dill before serving.
    • Enjoy warm for the best creamy, cheesy flavor!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or cayenne pepper.
  • Use chicken or turkey instead of pork for a lighter version.
  • For a richer sauce, substitute heavy cream for the milk.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
