Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package baking powder (10g or 2 tsp)
  • 1 package vanilla (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Prepare the Batter

    • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
    • Add the oil, milk, baking powder, vanilla, and flour. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
  • Heat the Waffle Maker

    • Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
    • Lightly grease with oil or butter if needed.
  • Cook the Waffles

    • Pour a ladleful of batter into the waffle maker, spreading it evenly.
    • Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve and Enjoy

    • Remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
    • Serve warm with your favorite toppings like syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.

Notes

  • For extra crispy waffles, use oil instead of butter in the batter.
  • Don’t overmix the batter—stir just until combined for the fluffiest texture.
  • Keep cooked waffles warm in a 200°F (95°C) oven while making the rest.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container or freeze for later. Reheat in a toaster for a fresh taste.
