Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, black pepper, and flour until smooth.
- Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped onion. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
