- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes.
- Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
- Season the Potatoes:
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the Potatoes:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Sear the Beef Bites:
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter and add minced garlic.
- Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine Everything:
- Return the potatoes and beef to the skillet.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning, tossing everything together.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
