  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
    • Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes.
    • Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
  2. Season the Potatoes:
    • In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook the Potatoes:
    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the potatoes and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy.
    • Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  4. Sear the Beef Bites:
    • In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
    • Add the beef bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
    • Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • Reduce heat to medium-low.
    • Melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter and add minced garlic.
    • Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Combine Everything:
    • Return the potatoes and beef to the skillet.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning, tossing everything together.
    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
