Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water and oil, then mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a round, about ¼-inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook each piece of bread for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and puffed up.
