Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving a bit of the fat in the pan.
Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the drained pasta and toss to coat in the butter.
Crack the eggs directly into the pan with the pasta. Stir continuously over low heat until the eggs gently cook and coat the pasta.
Add grated Parmesan cheese, cooked bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy and fully combined.
Serve hot, optionally topped with extra cheese or chopped herbs.
