Ingredients
  

  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g apple grated
  • 40 g cheese grated
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Pinch of baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated apple, grated cheese, egg, oil, and baking soda. Mix well until combined.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a round or oval flatbread, about ½ inch thick.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown at the edges and the center is set.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can swap grated apple with pear for a slightly different sweetness.
  • For a crisper edge, brush the top with a touch of oil before baking.
  • This flatbread is best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in a toaster oven the next day.
  • For added texture, sprinkle chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds on top before baking.
