- 50 g apple grated
- 40 g cheese grated
- 1 small egg
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Pinch of baking soda
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated apple, grated cheese, egg, oil, and baking soda. Mix well until combined.
