Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Lasagna Fritta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Lay flat to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, and mozzarella. Add eggs and Italian seasoning; mix until creamy for the filling.
- Spread the cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle, roll up tightly, and place on a tray. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- In one dish, beat eggs. In another, mix olive oil with breadcrumbs. Microwave the breadcrumb mixture until light golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Dip each frozen roll in beaten eggs, then breadcrumb mixture to coat fully. Place back on tray.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Spray basket with oil, arrange frittas, spray tops, and cook for 14-16 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway.
