Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Gradually mix in white wine vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the dressing to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, place chopped iceberg lettuce. Add sliced tomatoes, julienned Swiss cheese, diced smoked ham, quartered marinated artichokes, and green olives. Toss the ingredients well.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the top and gently toss everything together, ensuring all components are evenly coated.
