- Prepare the Dough 
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 
- Add the egg and mix until well combined. 
- Incorporate the Dry Ingredients 
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until a soft dough forms. 
- Fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed. 
- Shape and Bake 
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, spacing them apart. 
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. 
- Cool and Serve
