Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire cooling rack on top.
Assemble – Arrange crackers in a single layer on the rack. Top each cracker with a piece of bacon.
Add Flavor – Evenly sprinkle about a teaspoon of brown sugar over each cracker, followed by a pinch of cayenne and black pepper.
Bake – Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the sugar has caramelized.
Cool & Serve – Let them cool completely before serving to allow the sugar to harden.
