Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the ranch mixture.
Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For a golden top, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
