Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Brush the teriyaki mixture generously over the salmon.
On the other side of the baking sheet, arrange the broccoli florets. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender.
Optional: Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish on the salmon.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
