- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. 
- In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. 
- Place the salmon fillets on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Brush the teriyaki mixture generously over the salmon. 
- On the other side of the baking sheet, arrange the broccoli florets. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender. 
- Optional: Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish on the salmon. 
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
