- In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
- Top the acai bowl with granola, sliced fresh fruit, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
