- Prepare the JELL-O Layer: Dissolve JELL-O gelatin in boiling water. Stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add crushed pineapple, blueberry pie filling, fresh blueberries, and pecans. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate until set (about 4 hours).
- Make the Cream Cheese Topping: Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Assemble and Chill: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set JELL-O layer. Refrigerate for another hour before serving.
- Serve: Slice into squares or scoop to serve. Garnish with extra blueberries or pecans if desired.
