Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Warm the milk to 110°F, sprinkle yeast and sugar, let sit 10 mins until frothy.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, salt, eggs, and butter. Add yeast mixture and knead for 5 mins.
First Rise
  1. Transfer kneaded dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Jam Preparation
  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch over medium heat, stir until thickened (5-7 mins). Cool.
Crumble Preparation
  1. Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add melted butter, mix until coarse crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 6 mins.
Filling Preparation
  1. Beat butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until fluffy for the filling.
Roll Assembly
  1. Punch dough down, roll into a rectangle. Spread filling, layer blueberry jam and crumble, then roll and slice.
Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F, let rolls rise for 20 mins, then bake for 27-30 mins until golden.
Icing Preparation
  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy.
