Step-by-Step Instructions for Caprese Panini
  1. Preheat your skillet or panini press to medium heat. Brush the outside of each slice of bread with olive oil.
  2. To make the balsamic glaze, simmer balsamic vinegar in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  3. Assemble the sandwich with mozzarella slices, tomato slices, basil leaves, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  4. Top with the second slice of oiled bread and grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Slice the grilled panini in half and serve warm with a salad or chips.
