- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt, whisking thoroughly.
- In a separate jug, whisk together vanilla extract, agave nectar, milk, and large egg until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry oat mixture and stir until everything is well integrated.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and level it off evenly with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Once baked, allow it to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into portions.
