Step-by-Step Instructions for Fajita Chicken Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, instant rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen onion and bell pepper blend, undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, and fajita seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spoon the mixture into your prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly throughout.
  4. Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
